I can’t describe the varied emotions I am having as I try to work through coming to a place of acceptance around my disability and leg loss that I am ‘choosing’ on February and 18.

I am inspired by so many of you brave and courageous souls who show me life is what you make it.

Today though and many days I struggle to find the choice in it all.

My kids find tears on my face, and I sink to the ground and crawl.
